The Business Analyst will work within an agile multi-disciplinary Product Delivery Team, reporting to the Product Manager.
Working within an agile multi-disciplinary Team their primary focus is to assist the team understanding business processes and system impacts by documenting constraints and opportunities. They will ensure the design approach can be implemented within current constraints.
Duties include:
* Business process modelling.
* Requirements gathering and discovery.
* Identify, document and validate current and future-state business processes, contributing to development of business knowledge/scenarios, process maps, data models, use cases and user stories.
* Help stakeholders envision future state and assess change impact.
* Analyse, map risks and propose solutions.
