Tender Description
The Department of Industry, Innovation and Science (DIIS) invites you to provide a quote for ongoing systems analysis services; including baseline usability testing, and usability heuristic reviews for the business.gov.au domain name and relevant sub-domains.
The department wants to ensure user needs are being constantly met and that we are providing a good user experience to our customers. As such, we want to be able to measure the experience of our services over time and evaluate the impact of change. The department thus requires ongoing systems analysis services; including baseline usability testing, and usability heuristic reviews for the business.gov.au domain and relevant sub-domains.

* Strategic Grants Management System (SGMS) - SmartForms
The department works in an agile framework with constant updates and improvements across our services on business.gov.au. Through the ongoing systems analysis we hope to capture a benchmark of the current user experience and determine whether the improvements to our services are being realised by our customers. As part of this analysis we would require identification of key usability issues that would require our attention and possible recommendations for improvement.
