Tender Description
Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and capable contractors to undertake construction works for the upgrade of Loyola Reserve Pavilion and safety nets. The scope of works is generally as depicted in the attached documentation and includes but is not limited to construction activities involving:
* Separable portion 1 – Loyola Pavilion Refurbishment and Extension
* General building works for the extension and refurbishment of the existing pavilion.
* External concrete, civil and landscaping works.
* Separable portion 2 - Baseball Safety Net
Contractors are to note that council reserves the right to award, both, part or none of the separable portions at its sole discretion. Thus, contractors are to ensure that their pricing is independent for each portion.
It is anticipated that the project will commence in April 2018 and contractors are required to submit realistic programmes in accordance with the requirements of Schedule 15.
