Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Geoscience Australia seeks to establish a panel of suppliers capable of providing the following categories of services:
Category 1 - Provision of Environmental Plans and Referrals;
Category 2 - Quality Assurance of offshore seismic and geophysical data acquisition;
Category 3 - Quality Assurance of onshore seismic and geophysical data acquisition;
Category 4 - Marine Fauna Observer and Passive Acoustic Monitoring Services;
Category 5 - Hydrographic Charting and Seabed mapping Consultant/Processor and/or Operator;
Category 6 - Marine and Land Seismic Data Processing - 2D and 3D;
Category 7 - Seismic Processing Quality Control;
Category 8 - Interpretation Workstation Support with Seismic Data;
Category 9 - Interpretation Workstation Support with Well Data;
Category 10 - Support of GeoFrame (Linux), Kingdom, DUG Insight and Petrel Software and Projects;
Category 11 - Quality Assurance of Marine Optical and Sonar Data; and
Category 12 - Airborne Magnetic Acquisition and/or Processing Quality Control.

Tenderers may bid for all or any of the identified categories above.

Geoscience Australia’s requirements for each category are further detailed in Schedule 1 of the RFT document.

Organisations and individuals pre-qualified will then be invited from the Panel to respond or submit quotations for individual surveys or projects on an as required basis by Geoscience Australia.

The term of the panel is 3 years with two options to extend for a period of 12 months each.

Depending on future requirements of Geoscience Australia, the panel may be refreshed at any time during the life of the panel to add additional skill sets. Any refresh will be undertaken via AusTender.
