Tender Description
Yarra Valley Water is Melbourne’s largest retail water utility, providing essential water and sanitation services to more than 1.8 million people. YVW will be seeking qualified Contractor(s) for the following three contracts:
1. New Water Meter Installations
2. Water Meter Replacements (Planned and Unplanned)
3. Minor Plumbing Works
YVW is seeking to enter into contractual arrangements with Metering Service provider(s) who are willing to work cooperatively with YVW and commit to the key objectives of our business to deliver quality, cost efficient and environmentally responsible water services to our customers. This tender is for the installation of new water meters, the replacement of existing water meters and for minor plumbing works that YVW may elect to undertake on private customers’ assets, including water usage audits and water efficiency improvements.

A briefing for interested Contractors will be held after the release of the Request for Tender. Attendance will not be mandatory to participate in the tender process. Details of the tender briefing will be published in the Request for Tender.
