Hume City Council invites tenders for the installation of Concrete Road Humps at Various Locations.
The project is made up of 6 separate locations where the installation of Concrete Road Humps and associated civil works is required as listed in the below table:

The precast Concrete Road Humps are supplied by Hume City Council and stored at 42-80 Maffra Street, Coolaroo Depot. The successful contractor will be required to pick up all road humps from this address. The weight of each precast unit is approximately 2.4 tonne.
The concrete road humps are to be installed by saw cutting and excavating existing road pavement and placing the precast units in place as shown on the drawings including reinstatement of surrounding pavement, line marking and signage. The installation of spiked kerbing and minor concrete works are also required at certain locations as detailed on the drawings.
The installation of Concrete Road Humps is to be undertaken under traffic management conditions with no full road closures permitted.
The works under this contract will be awarded to a single contractor as a lump sum of all six locations.
