RFT - 500.2017.0096 - The Whitsunday Regional Council (WRC) is inviting suitably experienced, resourced respondents for the Shute Harbour Terminal Building and Jetty Demolition.
This contract for WRC is for demolition of onshore and offshore infrastructure at Shute Harbour including the Lloyds Robert Jetty, Terminal Building, Sea Wall Building 1, the existing fuel facility and associated works at Shute Harbour Road, Whitsundays as shown on the enclosed drawings and reports. The works covered by this specification includes, but is not limited to the supply of material, plant, labour and supervision necessary to carry out the following:
* Demolition Works;
* Minor Earthworks;
* Disposal of material to Approved Facilities;
* Removal of redundant infrastructure;
* Associated Works.
The Contract is being released as a separable portions contract
* Separable Portion A – Offshore Infrastructure demolition and removal works; and
* Separable Portion B – Onshore Infrastructure demolition and removal works.
