Bayside City Council is seeking tenders from experienced Civil Construction Contractors or similar organisations that have been involved in laneway construction projects to undertake the following works at Charlotte Street Laneway, Brighton East.

* Excavation and demolition of existing pavements.
* Construct new concrete right of way and concrete vehicle crossing as per council standard drawing BCC101 and BCC401.
* Construct new drainage system including pits and pipes.
* All other necessary works identified in the design drawings.
