Tender Description
Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and capable contractors for Construction of Old Eltham Road, Lower Plenty Stage 2 works and reconstruction of Malahang Pde, Heidelberg West. The scope of works is generally as depicted in the attached documentation and includes but is not limited to construction of kerb and channel, concrete paving, road pavements, drainage pipes, pits and culverts, asphalt and other miscellaneous works within the road reserve.
The contractor is to familiarise itself with the site, access, extent, complexity and timing of works required and shall take into account any additional or incidental works not specifically listed.
The contractor is to note that Council may choose to award all or part of the works to different tenderers and as such, are encouraged to ensure that they price for the works with margins proportioned accordingly.
