Tender Description
The scope of the Works includes the cleaning of the Powerlink Virginia Complex comprising of the Virginia Site and Powerlink tenancy level 1 Northlink Place. Full details are oulined within the attached Specificiation documents.
A compulsory site inspection will be carried out on Saturday 20 January 2018, commencing at 10am, for approximately 2 hours, at Powerlink’s Virginia complex thereafter moving on to Northlink Place. A maximum of two (2) representatives from each Tenderer shall attend the inspection.
Long trousers, long sleeves and enclosed footwear must be worn at the inspection. All costs associated with attending the site inspection shall be borne by the Tenderer.
