Provision of Cleaning Services to Qld Police Service Oxley Training Facility

The Queensland Police Service (QPS) is seeking to engage a professional cleaning contractor capable of delivering routine and ad hoc cleaning services, along with the supply of consumables, to the Queensland Police Service Academy (QPSA) Oxley Campus.

About

The QPSA Oxley Campus spans approximately 32 acres and includes 61 buildings, comprising a mix of large brick buildings and demountable buildings, on approximately 25,700m2 of property. These buildings serve diverse functions, including dormitories, classrooms, catering, medical, recreational and sporting facilities. The size and usage of the Oxley Campus present specialised conditions for cleaning services. Maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic environment is critical to the effective operations of QPS facilities, and demand for professional, consistent and high-quality cleaning services has increased.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Provision of routine cleaning services at the QPSA Oxley Campus
• Provision of ad hoc cleaning services at the QPSA Oxley Campus
• Supply of consumables to the QPSA Oxley Campus

A mandatory Industry Site Visit will be held for this opportunity.
