We are seeking a Lead User Researcher to join one of our delivery teams (see additional information for the detailed description).
You will be working in a new team comprising of a delivery manager, service designer, interaction designer and user researcher.
The Lead User Researcher is an expert practitioner, who will work in a multidisciplinary team to build world class government digital services. You will be leading and aligning user research activities across a number of user researchers and teams.
The Lead User Researcher will have experience working in Agile and, ideally, experience with the Commonwealth Digital Service Standard. The work involves planning, conducting, and analysing research in a collaborative way within a multidisciplinary team.
