West Coast Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for a contractor to Reconstruct a section of Conlan Street, Queenstown.
West Coast Council have allocated Capital Works funding in the 2017-2018 financial year for the Roads to Recovery Program.
The section of road, approximately 280m long and 6m wide, has deteriorated due to age and high heavy vehicle usage the issues include: deteriorating sub-base, potholes, poor drainage, unevenness, incorrect camber, and eroding edges, evidence of erosion on the bank, poor lines of sight.
West Coast Council are seeking expressions of interest from contractors to undertake the removal of the existing road base and replace it with two-coat seal.
Tenders close at 2:00pm AEST on 21 December 2017 and submissions must be fully received by this time.
