Development Victoria is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced residential project builders to establish a Display Village at Riverwalk that will include a minimum of 12 homes.

Riverwalk is a land subdivision project located on the Princess Highway in Werribee that includes residential single dwellings and townhouses. Once completed, the project is forecast to be a mixed-used development comprising approximately 2,250 residential lots plus retail, educational and community uses.

Builders must meet the following requirements:
* Registered Building Practitioner in Victoria
* HIA or MBA membership
* Proven track record of constructing more than 150 homes per annum
* Previously owned and operated display home(s)
* Capacity and capability to construct and be ready to operate display home(s) by June 2019.

Interested builders will be invited to attend an information session on Wednesday, 6 December 2017 at the Riverwalk Land Sales & Information Centre.
