Council invites tenders from suitably experienced contractors for the construction of a new pavilion at the Cowes Recreation Reserve, 1-15 Chapel Street, Cowes. The new pavilion will provide changing room facilities for football and netball teams with a total building area of 163.58 m2. This project is re-tender of Tender No 17026 following scope review.
