TM Design Group are seeking expressions of interest from the following for the extension and refurbishment of the Maryborough Highland Society
A.Local commercially registered Builder, Preferably with experience in the hospitality industry.
* Builders should be able to demonstrate an ability to carry substantial refurbishment and maintain areas of the venue still operational during construction period.
* Builders is to hold all current registration documents. Insurance and references in supports of their submission.
B.Local Subcontractors for all trades willing to work under a main building contractor.
* Subcontractors will have to demonstrate their ability to carry out works, hold appropriate registration documents and insurances. Subcontractor’s names will be forwarded onto the builders tendering.
Expression of expression of interest with full details are to be emailed to a McDonald, TM design group no later than close of business on Friday 1st December 2017.
