The City of Armadale invites Expressions of Interest for the provision of services as detailed below:

Obtaining Documentation:
Specifications, criteria and documentation can be obtained via email, procurement@armadale.wa.gov.au or by collecting the documentation from the Administration Centre, 7 Orchard Avenue, Armadale WA 6112.

Deadline:
Expression of Interest closes on Tuesday, 19 December 2017 at 2pm WST. Expressions of Interests received in the tender box later than the Expression of Interest closing time will not be considered for selection.

Lodgement:
* Expressions of Interest must be contained in a sealed envelope addressed to the undersigned and clearly stating the Expression of Interest number and title on the cover. All Expressions of Interest may be lodged by the following methods: By deposit into the tender box situated in the foyer of the Administration Centre situated at 7 Orchard Avenue, Armadale;
* By post to Locked Bag No 2 Armadale WA 6992 (Responsibility for ensuring delivery on time rests in the entirety with the Applicant).

Conditions:
* Canvassing of Councillors and Council Staff will disqualify Applicants from the Expression of Interest process.
* The City of Armadale does not intend to submit an Expression of Interest.
* Lowest price or any Expressions of Interest will not necessarily be accepted.
* Expressions of Interest will not be accepted by facsimile or other electronic means.
