Tender Description
Trunk Roadworks are to be undertaken in early 2018 in the Coomera area. These works include:
* Extension of the newly constructed Creek Road as a 2 lane road for approximately 700m
* Extension of Railway Road as a 2 lane road with car parking for approximately 350m
* Removal of significant vegetation and filling of the old Oaky Creek
* Significant Earthworks and Stormwater works.
The works are substantial in scope and nature and will require appropriately qualified and experienced contractors with a demonstrated capability for delivering major road works and earthworks.
Tenders will be called end November 2017 by MPN Consulting as Superintendent on behalf of various stakeholders.
Civil Construction companies with relevant experience, capability and capacity to undertake such works are invited to present their credentials which will be assessed to determine a pre-qualified short list for the formal tendering process.
