Tender Description
The Services include but are not restricted to the following tasks:
* Horticultural and general garden maintenance to all areas
* Maintenance and renovation of lawns and grass where applicable
* Shelter and BBQ cleaning maintenance (electrical and gas)
* Routine playground inspection and maintenance
* Fences & walls inspection and maintenance;
* Paths & steps maintenance - (including asphalt, crushed granite or sandstone paved concrete, gravel; stairs and handrails)
* Irrigation system operation and maintenance;
* Lighting inspection;
* Park furniture (bins, seats, benches, tables, bollards, bubblers, taps);
* Graffiti removal;
* Litter collection and waste removal, including organic and inorganic;
* Cleaning surface and stormwater drains & removal of blockages;
* Sweeping of path & roads located within the parks;
* Surfaces cleaning;
* Cleaning walls, fences, steps, handrails, paved areas;
* Billboard surrounds maintenance;
* Asset Protection Zones and Trackside mowing; and
* Accident & emergency and storm damage response.
