Ipswich City Properties is seeking Expressions of Interest from contractors and specialist trades who have the appropriate skills, experience and resources, to deliver Demolition, Deconstruction, Construction and Heritage Reconstruction Works associated with the redevelopment of the Commonwealth Hotel (Murphy’s Pub) in the Ipswich CBD.
The works include but are not limited to:
* Site Establishment and substructure Construction
* Heritage Reconstruction
* Specialist Heritage Masonry Construction
* Specialist Heritage Timber Carpentry and Joinery
* Specialist Heritage Masonry Facade Construction
* Specialist Traditional Ceiling and Cornice Fabrication and installation
