Tender Description
Council intends to enter into a contract for the purpose of the 1st floor internal restoration of the heritage listed Rosebank Cottage which included all bedrooms, bath, kitchen, stairway, corridor and the related areas.
Rosebank Cottage at 17 Speed Street, Liverpool was built in 1883 and is a State Heritage listed building, and work on it and its vicinity requires particular care.
The proposed works consist of:
Renewal of existing kitchen, toilets, repair & restoration of finishes and related services at first floor as per the Architectural Drawings, Specification and Schedule of Works.
All works to be in accordance with Australian Standards, BCA, and all other relevant statutory requirements.
Scope of Works Components
* Renewal of existing Kitchen,
* Renewal of existing toilets ,
* Restoration works to Roof Structure, Ceilings, Walls, Plaster, Joinery, Windows & related hardware, Doors & related hardware, Floor and Stairs
* Electrical and Hydraulics works
(All works to comply with Australian Standards, Architectural Drawings, specification and scope of works).
