Tender Description
The Department is seeking suitably qualified and experienced parties to provide a quality fresh cooked food service to the Youth Justice Custodial Services sites; Parkville Youth Justice Precinct and Malmsbury Youth Justice Precinct. All meals will be prepared on site and delivered to specific drop off points within the centres as required. There is an ongoing need for this service as part of client care within the facilities and is considered an essential requirement.
The successful Offerer will be expected to manage the catering facilities on each site which will include the inventory management of raw materials, managing the major kitchen equipment as supplied and maintained by the Department and coordinate all activities related to the preparation and delivery of items to the Residential Units as required.
