Tender Description

The S&R Centre at Elliott has received a government grant for refurbishment. The main project scope includes:
1) Painting of existing floor in the recreation centre
2) Tiling of wet areas
3) Tiling of offices and kitchen
4) Painting of walls
5) Installation of roller shutters in kitchen areas
6) Removal of evaporative A/C's and sealing openings
7) Installation of various plumbing sanitary features
8) Painting of basketball court
9) Re-surfacing of basketball court
10) Other minor work to include a new gyprock wall, several new doors
