Tender Description
Overview
On behalf of the Katherine West Health Board Aboriginal Corporation, Platt Consultants - Architects is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified building contractors to undertake early contractor involvement (ECI) and construction of the proposed new Yarralin Health Centre.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Early contractor involvement (ECI) for the proposed Yarralin Health Centre project
- Construction of a 795 sqm, single storey health centre building on a greenfield site, part Lot 107 Yarralin
Contractor Requirements
The criteria for selection will include:
- Remote community construction experience
- Proven track record in successfully delivering similar projects
- Opportunities for local and indigenous employment and training
- Accreditation under the WHS Accreditation Scheme, established under the Federal Safety Commissioner Act 2022, is a requirement for the builder contracted to undertake the building work
