Tender Description
Princess Anne Arena, St Ives Showground Toilet and Access Path.
The quotation objective is to engage a Contractor to provide and carryout all construction works associated with the upgrade of Princess Anne Arena, St Ives Showground Toilet and Access Path, 450 Mona Vale Road, St Ives. The work will include but is not limited to:
* Site safety fencing /environmental protection and erosion control
* Demolition / earthworks / grading and waste disposal.
* Installation of a hybrid toilet kit and restrooms that Council has purchased including footings, plumbing and electrical connections.
* Supply and installation of a 12m long wicking absorption sewerage trench
* Building modifications to the Northside Riding Club house including guttering, new veranda posts and a new concrete veranda.
* Construct an accessible pathway.
* Supply, install and maintain turf.
