⁠⁠⁠The Queensland Mental Health Commission as part of Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for Consultancy Services in relation to Evaluation of the Queensland Mental Health Commission Regional Mental Health and Wellbeing Initiative

Since 2016, the Queensland Mental Health Commission (the Commission) has been working with two organisations to implement regional Mental Health and Wellbeing Hubs as part of the Early Action: Queensland Mental Health Promotion, Prevention and Early Action Plan 2015-17.

The Hubs initiative aims to improve the mental health and wellbeing of individuals and communities, by implementing locally-tailored actions that strengthen:

* Awareness: increase understanding of mental health and wellbeing and its benefits for individuals and communities
* Capacity: facilitate access to information, training and tools for improving mental health and wellbeing at the individual and community level
* Coordination: work with local organisations to coordinate local mental health and wellbeing networks and activity.

The Commission is seeking offers to refine, implement and report on an evaluation of the Regional Mental Health and Wellbeing Hubs initiative in line with the initiative’s aims and program logic and in consultation with the Commission and the Hubs.
