Tender Description
Housing Choices South Australia (HCSA) invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified organisations or individuals to develop a panel of contractors for trades regularly used to deliver our responsive, vacating and planned maintenance for over 1,000 properties.
Our properties are situated in the following suburbs of Adelaide; Campbelltown, Felixstow, Hackney, Klimzig, Marden, Newton, North Adelaide, Paradise, Stepney, Vale Park, Walkerville, Windsor Gardens and Adelaide CBD.
Submissions are welcomed by both multi-trade and single trade contractors.
