Tender Description
Moreland City Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out various works to produce a complete asset register for all Council buildings with condition and valuation data at the level (whole structure/component/sub component) specified by Council.
Service levels are to be provided by the Contractor in accordance with ‘Best Value” aimed at achieving an environmentally responsible, safe and cost effective outcome for Council.
It is the responsibility of the tenderer to ensure that tenders are received in the electronic tender box by the deadline. Ensure your tender is loaded and submitted prior to the submission time. Note you should commence this well before the submission time (consider commencing 24 hours prior) as you can experience any number of problems and the server can be under load near tender finalisation.
Tenders not submitted in time will not be considered.
Moreland City Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any tender.
