Tender Description
Southern Grampians Shire Council requires a full maintenance hire of specialised Plant for the 2017/18 road construction season.
The Plant required must be suitable for the application and meet all ADR, Vic Roads compliance and all design rules and regulations under the Plant Code of Practise Act, with full compliance to the 2004 Plant Safety Act P.35.
Equipment not in compliance with the current Acts will not be installed for use by Southern Grampians Shire Council.
