The Tender for the works shall be broken down into the following works packages:
1. Prelims / Contract Admin / builder’s supervision / insurances / Builders Overheads
2. Preparation of a Dilapidation Report.
3. Access and safety
4. Asbestos Sheeting Removal
5. Vacuum dust from steel purlins prior to installing new roof sheets.
6. Replacement rate for any steel purlins which have failed, twisted or rotated.
7. Repair / Replacement of damaged vertical glazing units
8. Metal Roof Installation
9. Metal Wall Cladding Installation
10. Remove existing corroded wall louvres on the eastern elevation and Supply and Install new powdercoat Louvres
11. Remove existing office windows and replace with new.
12. Supply and install a pair of new Fire Exit Doors.
13. Independent third party Asbestos monitoring and Final Clearance Certification
14. Install large capacity industrial roof guttering
15. Stormwater Drainage - Gutters & Downpipes
16. Stormwater Drainage - Sub soil drainage pipe connection to junction pits

17. (Optional Works)
a. Install Roof safety anchors
b. Install Stormwater Pits to the base of each downpipe
c. Install 6 X commercial grade 900mm electric powered roof ventilation units
