Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably experienced organsiations to upgrade the amenities at the Schramms Reserve Pavilion and the Doncaster Reserve Pavilion.
The amenities require refurbishment to bring them inline with the AFL's Preferred Facility Guidelines for unisex use. The scope of the works include:
* Replacing urinals with toilet cubicals;
* Installation of shower partitioning; and
* General works including floor and wall coverings, associated electrical works and miscellaneous refurbishment works to the amenities areas.
The full scope of the works required is detailed within the specification and drawings provided for download.
A tender briefing/site visit has been scheduled for 3:00pm onThursday, 26th October 2017 at Schramms Reserve, JJ Tully Drive, Doncaster (Melways Ref Map 33, F12) and then at Doncaster Reserve, 918 Doncaster Road, Docaster (Melways Ref Map 47, K1). Please notify procurement@manningham.vic.gov.au of any representatives proposing to attend the briefing.
