Hume City Council is seeking quotations from suitably experienced organisations, companies or consortia to undertake the collection of condition data and digital imagery of Council’s road network and car parks.

The Council wishes to update condition data in its Pavement Management System (SMEC PMS Version 5.5.4) in order to generate its Capital renewal program for road surfaces and pavements. Council also intends to update the condition data in its central Asset Management System (Technology One).

There are 3 components to this project as follows:

* Collection of required condition data which is to be entered into Council’s Pavement Management System (SMEC) and Asset Management System (Technology One).
* Digital imagery of Council’s road network.
* Quality Assurance
