Tenders are invited for the development, implementation and monitoring of a service optimisation program for Aquatic Services for an Initial Contract Term of two years.
The City of Stonnington (Council) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified consulting firm with demonstrated relevant experience and skills to develop and implement a comprehensive service (standards) optimisation program to be delivered across Council's two Aquatic Centres.
The program will have a focus on service standard delivery and customer service improvement in addition to an ongoing monitoring and assessment.
