Provision of Data Centre Colocation Services

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited from suitably experienced organsiations for provision of IT Co-Location Services inclusive of all services necessary to operate Council's Primary Data Centre (PDC) for a minimum term of three (3) years with an option for a further 1 x 12 month extension.

The scope of Services requested includes:
* Dedicated, secured rack space for MCC’s compute, storage, core switching environment and ancillary equipment with additional reserved space for future growth (Initially, 3 x 42 RU 1200mm racks).
* Maintenance and supply of all utility services including fully redundant power, generator, UPS, CRAC units and other environmental controls. (N+1 minimum).
* Appropriate fire suppression including VESDA based (or equivalent) pre alerts.
* Physical security including 24/7 onsite staffing, CCTV, electronic door access controls including entry logging.
* Exclusive, secured (locked) access to allocated racks.
* Compliance with major industry standards including ISO27001, Uptime Institute tier III or better and PCI-DSS certifications.
* Optionally provide Equipment relocation and transport services.
