Longreach New Prep, New Classrooms, Refurb Administration and Associated Works
The Rockhampton Diocesan Catholic Education Office (RCEO) is inviting principal contractors to express interest for construction works at Our Lady's School in Longreach. The project consist of new Prep building, new Classrooms, refurbishment of Administration and Hall and associated works.
Expressions of interest should include a resume of previous experience in school/education facilities, capability statement, staff nominated for project management and site foreman roles, and an outline of their contract administration quality control systems.
For the EOI's received, a limited number of contractors will be invited to tender on the project and the discretion of the proprietor, (The Roman Catholic Trust Corp. Diocese of R'ton T A Catholic Education Diocese of R'ton). The RCEO can provided a guide on the criteria for selection, upon the request to the Architect.
