Tender Description
Expressions of Interest (EOI) close 9am, 11 October 2017.
All applicants will be contacted between September and the end of November 2017 to arrange a site inspection and assessment (if eligible) or to discuss potential alternative options for the site.
Successful project applicants will be notified between December 2017 and January 2018, and project/management agreements are to be signed and returned to the North East CMA between February and March 2018.
Ineligible and unsuccessful applicants will be notified in writing.
All project works must be completed by 1 December 2018.
