TCN042/17 - Council is seeking refurbishment works to improve on the design, amenity and functionality of three libraries located at:
* Port Adelaide Library, 2-4 Church St, Port Adelaide
* Semaphore Library, 14 Semaphore Rd, Semaphore
* Enfield Library, 1 Kensington Crescent, Enfield
