Independent Member of Audit & Risk Management Committee

⁠⁠⁠Role Description: The Great Ocean Road Coast Committee is seeking to appoint an appropriately experienced and qualified person as an independent external member to join our Audit & Risk Management Committee.

The appointment will be for a term of up to 3 years. The independent member will be selected by the Board and will be compensated via payment of a set fee per meeting to be negotiated.

The Audit & Risk Management Committee is an advisory committee to the Board responsible for overseeing direction, performance and strategic issues relating to legal, risk, financial, human resources and corporate governance matters.
