Tender Description
The City of Subiaco covers an area of 6 square kilometres and has within its boundary's approximately 3000 drainage structures which are cleaned annually and 8 Gross pollutant traps (GPT'S) which are cleaned 3 times per annum.
The Contract will be in force for the period of (1) One year with (2) Two One year extension periods exercisable at the absolute discretion of the Principal.
The contractor will educt all side entry pits, junction pit's, gullies, and soak wells within the city annually, the GPT'S will be cleaned 3 times per annum.
All drainage jetting works will be on as requested basis by the principal.
The contractor will have the ability to provide CCTV inspection and reporting services on as requested basis by the principal.
Annual stormwater eduction schedules of all drainage structures will be agreed between the contractor and the principal.
Additionally, calls out services are required to deal with issues arising from severe weather events, damage or drainage inspections and reports.
The Contractor shall, for all emergency requirements, be expected to respond within 2 hours following notification.
