Pre-qualified Panel Supply of Drainage Infrastructure Cleaning Services

⁠⁠⁠The City of Melville (City) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Panel of Pre-qualified Suppliers to carry out the cleaning of City's drainage infrastructure by using mechanical, vacuum and high-pressure equipment, including camera inspection.

The City will provide the Contractor with maps (in PDF format) of the designated locations for stormwater drainage infrastructure to be inspected and/or serviced as required by the City.

This contract is for an initial term of one year with four additional 12-month option periods which will be exercised at the sole discretion of the City. The City makes no guarantee of any quantity or volume of work or spend under the proposed contract.

The intention is to appoint up to three suppliers to the Panel who meet the requirements and have demonstrated value for money, however the number and quality of the submissions received will ultimately determine the final number of suppliers appointed in each category.

Potential Tenderers should carefully consider their current and future resourcing commitments and any impact this Tender requirement would place on their financial viability before tendering.

Should the Contractor be unavailable for the requested timeframe, the City reserves the right to engage a contractor outside of this Contract to perform the works.

For the purposes of managing the City of Melville storm water drainage system, the City has split the scope of works into the parts listed below.

• Part A – Gully and Pit Cleaning Works
• Part B - Drainage Pipe Cleaning/Clearing Works including camera inspection
