Tender Description
Landcom trading as UrbanGrowth NSW (UrbanGrowth NSW) is managing the delivery of two apartment buildings within Stage 4 of the Bonnyrigg Regeneration Project at the Bonnyrigg Housing Estate on behalf of the landowner NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC).
One building contains 18 Private Apartments and the other contains 12 Social Apartments. As the buildings are located side by side, UrbanGrowth NSW’s preference is for one contractor to be appointed under two Lump Sum Design & Construct Contracts to construct both buildings. However UrbanGrowth NSW reserves the right to award the contracts to separate builders if it is in the interests of the project.

The Tenderer must advise the Contact Officer of the number and names of attendees no later than Tuesday, 19th September 2017 @ 12 noon.
