NORTHERN BEACHES COUNCIL TENDER RFT 2017/148 Beacon Hill Community Centre Building Upgrade Works.
As part of the 2017/2018 Capital Works Program, Council is undertaking building upgrade works at the Beacon Hill Community Centre at 35 Willandra Road, Beacon Hill, NSW 2100.
Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors to carry out the following outline scope of works:
* Roofing and awnings renewal
* Roof plumbing
* Concrete spalling repairs
* Air conditioning system
* Fire detection
* Access ramp
* Internal refurbishments
The works are to be carried out strictly in accordance with the requirements in this document. To have tenders considered, contractors will need to ensure that all required information requested in the Request for Tender document is provided.
