Victoria Legal Aid is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified consultants to lead a final evaluation of its first Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). The evaluation will critically and credibly assess the effectiveness and appropriateness of the RAP, and position the organisation to build upon experience to date in the development of a new RAP. This is to include assessing whether any substantive changes are evident in staff practice, client services, client experience and stakeholder relationships as a result of pursuing a RAP, along with identifying key gaps where further investment is needed to take the organisation forward.
Deadline for submission of expressions of interest is 2 October 2017.
