Tender being re-advertised with a reduced scope of works due to Capital Budget constraints.
The work of the contract is detailed on the drawings and schedule, and includes the following:
* Reconstruction of 91 m2 (Approx) of Road Pavement and (Approx. 202 m2) Asphalt Seal
* Construction of 170 m2 (Approx) new sealed Car-park
* Construction of 166 m of Kerb & Channel / Vehicular Crossover type 'KC' and 600 wide 'V' channel
* Construct of six (6) Concrete Access Ramp
* Supply & placement of approx. 62 m2 'Plaza Stone' Pavers (400 x 400 mm)
* Construction of 125 m2 of Exposed Concrete Footpath
* Construction of 140 m2 of Concrete Footpath
* Construction of four (1) Concrete Driveway (Approx 28 m2)
* Construction of one (1) Asphalt Driveway (Approx 64 m2)
* Construction of two (2) Raised Brick Planters
* Supply & installation of two (2) Side Entry Pit type '1'
* Supply & installation of one (1) Side Entry Pit type '2'
* Supply & installation of two (2) DN1200 RCP Benched M/H w/ Concrete Infilled Heavy Duty Top
* Supply & installation of two (2) DN1050 RCP Benched M/H w/ Concrete Infilled Heavy Duty Top
* Supply & installation of 36.5 m DN375 RRJ Concrete class '4' SRCP
* Supply & installation of 14 m DN300 RRJ Concrete class '4' SRCP
* Supply & installation of 18 m DN300 RRJ Ribbed Poly' class SN8 Pipe
* General reinstatement.
* 12 month maintenance period.
