Tender Description
The City of Greater Geelong wishes to call submissions from suitably qualified Architects to join the project team to develop design documentation in accordance with the functional and technical design brief for the Northern ARC Health and Wellbeing Hub to be constructed in Norlane (Geelong), to satisfy authority requirements and for the purposes of calling tenders from building contractors.
Mandatory requirements apply to this EOI, including a mandatory site inspection on Wednesday 20 September 2017. Further details can be obtained from the EOI documentation.
EOI documents are required to be submitted by 2.00pm (AEST), Wednesday 4 October 2017. Please note, late tenders will not be accepted.
