Expression of Interest Design and Construction Contract Ipswich Council Administration Office
epc.Pacific invites Expressions of Interest from building contractors with the appropriate skills, experience and resources to deliver a new 16,000sqm A Grade Office Building which will be the new home for the Ipswich city council.
The project will be delivered under a design and construct contract and consist of:
* a nine level PCA A Grade commercial office building comprising of 16,000sqm office space that will achieve 5 star Greenstar & 5 star NABERS ratings;
* a 197 car space car park over three levels under the office building;
* an integrated office fit-out (including ground floor public foyer and council chambers).
