Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The works to be undertaken include but are not limited to the following:
1. Upper Carpark

New vehicle barrier, line marking and car parking spaces, new landscaping works, refurbishment of existing carpark lighting and new services.
2. Northern Stair

New structural steel stair (providing access from Upper Carpark to Northern Park).
3. Northern Park

New play equipment, new landscaping works, new BBQ and resting facilities, new lighting, bubbler facilities & services.
