Western Water on behalf of Spiire Australia Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the Superintendent) and Leakes Road Rockbank Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the Principal) invites Tenders from Contractors experienced in infrastructure works for the installation of a Branch Sewer as outlined in the attached tender documents.
Scope of Works:
Works involve the construction of below assets:
* DN750mm dia. Branch Sewer on North side of future Taylors Road.
* DN900mm dia. Branch Sewer on east side of Stages 27, 28 & 29 to the future Aintree Sewer Pump Station.
