Tenders for Chatswood Park Playground & View Street Park Playground Upgrade

Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced landscape contractors for the construction of Chatswood Park playground and View Street Park Playground. Work will include upgrading the existing playgrounds with landscape improvements including; hardscapes, play elements, and new planting works.
Tender Documents which contain essential information and submission schedules may be downloaded free of charge.
A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held Chatswood Park Playground, Albert Avenue, Chatswood on September 6th commencing at 10:30am, followed by View Street Park, View Street Chatswood at 11:00am. All prospective Tenderers are required to attend the pre-tender meeting. A tender submitted by any Tenderer who has not attended the pre-tender meeting cannot be considered.
Tenders are to be submitted online OR within a sealed envelope endorsed:
"The General Manager Chatswood Park Playground & View Street Park Playground Upgrade" and shall be placed in the Tender Box located on Level 4, 31 Victor Street, Chatswood so as to be received in full prior by 11:00am Wednesday 20th September 2017. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
