2017.065 - The provision of reliable highspeed internet to the Capricorn Coast region is essential to attract future investment; in particular the Gateway Business and Industry Park must have this capability. The Livingstone Shire Council is seeking an internet service provider to provide a “wholesale fibre to the premises” solution to Stage 1 and 2 and future stages of the Gateway Business and Industry Park.

The Wholesale Fibre to the Premises will include:
1. Installation of fibre optic services to each lot - supply/installation and commission of the most innovative, non-redundant fibre optic network available, as well as a reliable backhaul/dark fibre/data centre solution.
2. Wholesale Price for Retailers/Lot Purchasers - as each lot is being developed and is being sold by Council it is imperative that the wholesale pricing per lot is affordable, un-contestable and provides different service level options/packages.
